Growing during your teen years

about how old do you actually stop growing? i'm 16 and 5'9'' and i was wondering if there's still some chance for me to grow taller. and if there is, is there anything recommended? (like sleeping more for example). peace.

i think you stop growing in your early 20's. If your really desperate to grow, just start munching on tha growth hormones.

theres this ish called L-arginine that helps you keep growing and also sleep is important.

that milk ish is bs im lactose intolerant and i never drink milk and im 6'2. but i stopped growin at about 15, good luck to ya

yo calcium helps eating cheese e.t.c, start on creatine and your tissue ma#s will expland providing u have a good intake of protein

well then, i need some growth pills, cuz on word im 18 and im only 5'3, thats right 5;3, im tryna be 5'7, or 5'8 (like my pops), before i hit 20 and beyond, help a nicca out...

i dont know i think it just depends on ur genes....Does sleep really matter? how does that help u grow i think its just a myth.

im like you lol. I'm 16, I'm 5' 9". i wish I was exactly 6 feet or over.
My dads 5'7" and my mom is 5'2". i dont know where i got my height from.

Well this is what you COULD take and you might see
- L-arginine
- Milk
- Lots of Fish
- Sleep (at least get 9-10 hours every day
- Meditate (You need to actually see yourself getting taller)
- Stretch before you goto sleep

This is what I'm doin
cause i wanna dunk and ish. and prove some stuff

I started this last week.
I'ma do it until October, and see if I grew any. I'll post a topic probably on my results

Yea sleep does really count because thats when you do your growing. You don't grow during the time you are awake and being active, even if you are just sitting around you wont grow.

I Think Its Genetics Im 16 and 5'8 and my mother is 4'11 and my father is 5'11 so im not gonna get tall at all i proably stop growing already o yea that milk and sleep ish dont work trust me i tried it

for dunk enthusiasts do air alert and take out the workout that makes u do jumps that !! up your knees

you stop growing at the latest 21. its different for girls. i'm 6'3 but i wanna get a couple more inches.. get my dunks down and if i get tall enough i could become an athlete..

im 17 n only 5'6"... i really hate milk but this summer i started drinking 2 cups a day, hopefully ill grow only got a few years left
