The Marines have to run 3 miles but that should strengthen her so she'll easily be able to run 1.5 miles. They have ab workouts too. Washington DC and Maryland Officer Selection Office - College Park, Maryland And you mean 30 sit-ups not pull-ups, doubt 99% of guys could do 30 pull-ups. |

Yeah I got an ab and push up stuff for her but I don't know what to do to strengthen her for pull ups. Personally I suck at em so I'm already behind the 8 ball on that. |

Just time. Running every other day for about 2 weeks then everyday after shes semi conditioned. she needs to be able to run 2 miles so that she can bust her ass when it comes to the 1.5. Push ups and sit ups are self explanatory and she slowly needs to build her strength up to be able to do em. |

Getting her core solid would make everything else a breeze. Sex also strengthens the core, keep her riding and good luck. |

I know there's no quick route for it I'm gonna ease her into all this stuff. I got her to run a mile tonight and she said she was dyin. So there is work to do. She says she can do like 10 pushups MAYBE. I'm not sure whether to start with those girl push ups or regular ones and different variations like I do. | |

Marines PFT is like 3 miles in under 28 minutes, 3 pull ups in like 10 seconds and 50 sit ups in 2 minutes or less. And last I knew aside from Navy Seals that's the hardest out of any branch. Is she doing a delayed entry? If so she really should have plenty of time. I can give you a Navy Seal workout routine when I get back to my crib, it's pretty hard s**t but it definitely works and pretty fast. Most of the workouts you do in sets. Like push ups; start doing 2, then hold 15 seconds, then 4 then hold 15 seconds then 6 then hold 15 seconds and so on up until 10 then you work back down. Its crazy cause she looks good she just never exercises and that was clearly evident tonight. She can do maybe 2 standard push ups and maybe 5-10 of the girl push ups. Tried to get her to do some of the ab exercises I do and then I realized she wasnt really anywhere near ready for some of them so I gotta start her off on some training wheels/beginners guide type stuff. So I pretty much gotta overhaul everything I was thinking about except for the running. I did get her to do some stuff with a very light dumbbell her roommate had that didn't kill her like some curls, hammer curls, french press, donkey kicks. I just didn't want the night to be a total waste cause she was like dyin from stuff I thought would be very beginner friendly ![]() |
