i was wonder if what i was eating for breakfast a good choice:

2/3 eggs
3 slices of bacon
1 cup of grits
1 slice of toast
1 cup of Orange Juice (sunny D)

keep in mind that i'm trying to loose my fat and tone muscles.. anything i should switch to or add or what??

Whey protein mixed in water
Oats with semi skimmed milk
3 egg whites

dont drink sunny d, its all sugar...regular oj has lots of sugar too but its natural and has more vitamins and pot a$sium (not sure if sunny d does or not)

do you cook the eggs with the yolk in it and than remove it? or do you remove it before cooking?

You can remove it before cooking.

But yeah, you probably shouldn't drink Sunny D. Like cwxc818 said, drink pure orange juice instead. It's better for you. Make your own if you want. Or jsut drink water. Water is good.

6 egg whites 2 full eggs
2 pieces toast with strawberry jam
yogurt
banana
milk
healthy OJ

you can get from your local grocery store a carton which has already seperated the egg whites and the yellow so all you get is the egg white..that way you dont have to do it your self.

Jus starve yoself for bout 2 weeks...u'll get toned rite up fatty...eitha dat or throw up after u eat ur meal....:applause:

My breakfast....

Shake made with 1 scoop whey protein, bannana, strawberries, 1 raw egg, milk, fruit juice.

After I get to work I'll take egg whites, the kind you buy already separated, and microwave about 3 eggs worth. Put some hot sauce on it and you're good.

This is a major protein diet which you need if you're trying to bulk up.
