| By Flying Jesus - 12-27-2012, 06:40 AM - Boxden > The BX Gym - Health, Exercise, and Nutrition going to do dbol for 7 weeks at 500 mg a week. and sustanon 250 mg daily... probably not the wisest thing posting this here, but i had to let someone know. As i dont plan on telling anyone in my real life. my stats are 5'10 138 pounds, 21 years old. my routine is going to look like this.. Monday & Thursday Squats 3x8-10 Leg curls 2x8-10 Pullups 3x8-10 Deadlifts 3x8-10 Curls 2x8-10 Tuesday & Friday Dips/Bench press 3x8-10 OHP/Military press 3x8-10 Triceps 2x8-10 Calves 3x12-15 Abs 3x12-15 plus going to try my best to eat around 3000-3500 cals a day.. will post results around February. i also have a post cycle therapy plan in the works amongst other things to make sure i keep the gains, have done tons of research. i have already made my mind of doing it, so yall can come in here and call me an dumb[..] and what not, hell i probably am, i just know that theres only one way up from the bottom, and i been doin here for to long. but any advice will be greatly appreciated. | Also if you're aiming for hypertrophy I would increase the weight and lower reps to 4-6 or 6-8. What exercises are you doing for tri's? All you put is 3 sets of triceps, what does that mean? You're only doing 2 sets of bicep curls? And you should be doing more for chest than just barbell bench...cable crossovers, pec flies, incline and decline, pushups and isometric exercises are all great at building up your chest. Bench is good for overall strength but is an overrated exercise and puts a lot of strain on your shoulder st@bilizers | |

| first off, i wouldnt recommend taking steroids until your late 20's. you're still young and your test levels are probably as high as they'll ever be and you don't want the risk of burning your levels out while you're still so young. but if you're going to do it, you need to eat more. i recommend at least 4500 calories. 3000 calories for a bulk (a#suming you're bulking since you're using dianabol) is putrid. also, are you running any AI's on cycle? what are you using for your post cycle therapy? 7 weeks on dbol can be pretty taxing. keep an eye out for those sides and make sure you have clomid on hand if you notice your nips getting a bit tender. as for your routine, your rep range is adequate. no need to drop it to 6-8. 8-12 is fine. but your overall routine looks weak. what are your goals? why did you build your routine that way? where's the hamstring exercises? anything for your posterior delts? you should find a proper routine. i would recommend layne norton's power/hypertrophy routine, WSFSB, doggcrapp, madcow's/bill starrs 5 x 5. | |

| cant go back now [pic] [pic] im definitely interested in working out, i have been since 09 ive seen gains and ive lost em...fact is that im a ecto , ive tried eating 2500-3500 cals a day and nothing has worked.. im aware of the side effects and fully prepared for the pct, and what to do afterwards and ill be taking clomid for that. that workout plan is just something i saw on a forum, and a lot of the other posters were really praising it, i havnt tried it yet, but im still debating between that and the starting strength program, this is going to my first and only cycle, and i admit im a bit selfish but whatever i dont care if i loose a few years of old age, everything in moderation.. | |

| Do what you want but I would definitely wait a couple more years at least before jumping on the sauce. I couldn't really gain weight until my mid twenties. If you are going to do it can you keep a log so we can have first hand knowledge of how it works out. | |

| Good luck mate, as long as you've done your research then everything should be ok. Hope you know how to properly inject mate, if not here's a link for you that shows pictures. I've done tons of research over the years regarding steroids, however, I've decided against it. Will be interesting to see how you get on mate. Keep this thread updated. | |

| 250mg of Sust daily? Are you sure about that? It should once a week, if that. Drop the dbol. Unnecessary. You got all your syringes? Have you had any bloodwork done? You say your PCT is "in the works". Everything should already have been bought before any cycle started. Also claiming you're an "ecto" is an awfully poor excuse for needing AAS. AAS don't just magically make you gain muscle/strength. You were unable to obtain any progress in the last 3 years what makes you think this will work. Clearly you have poor dedication.
