Wow, ain't done #### since saturday since the hand/wrist just got worse and worse. Got x-rays on my hand and no fracture which is good. Been getting therapy on the hand and at a point I won't nurse it anymore. "Lighter" upper body session tomorrow morning...

^ Does it make you feel like #### if you don't get to the gym for like 5 days? I haven't missed a day since I started "Starting Strength" but I think I would feel guilty as #### if I did.

I've been bored as ####. There is a difference dealing with an injury say to just being lazy and not doing any exercise.
