| Weight as of this morning was 203.5lbs. Even though weight hasn't changed much since I posted this log, lost inches off my waist, much more defined/ veins starting to pop out everywhere. | Was planning on taking about four off lifting days but also got knee'd in the quad and had some issues with it over the long weekend. Will continue Upper-Lower split for now. New schedule will look like this with: Upper A Lower A Upper B Lower B Upper C * the extra Upper session is optional for maintaining rhythm for three days a in row; off days will continue with the same pattern Also time to roll the dice with a early morning individual training session and games in the evening. Daily caloric intake will be around 4000-4200 over 6-7 meals. | |
