Weight as of this morning was 203.5lbs. Even though weight hasn't changed much since I posted this log, lost inches off my waist, much more defined/ veins starting to pop out everywhere. They just got new digital skinfold calipers at this one gym I sometimes goto. Curious to see what it reads for me...

Was planning on taking about four off lifting days but also got knee'd in the quad and had some issues with it over the long weekend. Will continue Upper-Lower split for now. New schedule will look like this with:

Upper A
Lower A
Upper B
Lower B
Upper C

* the extra Upper session is optional for maintaining rhythm for three days a in row; off days will continue with the same pattern

Also time to roll the dice with a early morning individual training session and games in the evening. Daily caloric intake will be around 4000-4200 over 6-7 meals.
