no... but the whole meal nutritional list is given though..

I mean he has the right idea for a dirty and I mean dirty bulk.

Why not do like a 97% lean beef, and rice o roni without the cheeese and all that n@sty ####?

he has alot of impressive lifts on his channel, the only knock I have is that he sniffs ammonia before some of them. Dumbest thing ever, but to each his own

It's like taking a hit of sniffing salt, apparently a head rush...

No idea how it gets you pumped for the lift though..

Well, for bulking this actually isn't THAT bad.

The whole package of RiceARoni is 36 grams of fat... which means the meat is 54 grams of fat.

Both of these can be reduced if you buy a different rice a roni and a leaner meat.

810 of the calories from this meal is coming from the Fat alone... that's almost half.
