| Well, for bulking this actually isn't THAT bad. The whole package of RiceARoni is 36 grams of fat... which means the meat is 54 grams of fat. Both of these can be reduced if you buy a different rice a roni and a leaner meat. 810 of the calories from this meal is coming from the Fat alone... that's almost half.
