i read somewhere on boxden that smoking weed can actually help you loose weight because it increases ur metabolism or sum crap like that...............(if of course you dunt eat like crazy... u know Munchies...)

of course a$suming that i got the gym for 2 hours 4x a week....plus i ate rite and didn't cheat on soda...mickie D's....etc...plus on top of that i smoke weed...won't that be like extra help if it increases ur metablisom............................

It depends how weed effects you, really.

I'm someone that actually gets energy when they smoke, and loses appetite. I usually gain weight not smoking. Like I have, I haven't smoked in about a week and a half and gained like 5 or 10 pounds lol. Now, I'm 210.

It depends if you want to have a strong stamina, leave smoking alone. That goes to alcohol too. Let say you drank on the weekends and then hit cardio on monday.You can going to feel a lil woozy and tired and lazy with a weak mind.

Not to further try to combat peoples opinions. But, I smoked and drank my a$s off on weekends and just got back to working out easily. Once my body is adjusted to doing something daily, I'm doing it that #### doesn't matter to me. Eating junk food made me stop my diet more than drugs or alcohol.

Smoking weed releases cannaboids (i think) and that way when you go to work out you end up working out more because your body is in a different state of mind where you think you can last longer

LOl...funny thread...well my friends that smoke weed actually gained weight because they had the munchies. I dont think weed make you lose weight...Some people say its mental.

I use to smoke every day, got crazy munchies and everyday i go to mcdonalds and get 2 double hamburgers and a dollar ice tea and fill it with coke, never gained a pound, i stayed at 145, and im 5 11, i did this for a year straight, it all depend how your body reacts to it, now i stopped smoking a about a week cause i got my tonsil tookn out, i havent eatn in 4 days and now im weighing 132, i need to get back in the gym
