Do you take a pre-workout supplement for energy before working out? Such as Jack3d,[..]ault...NO Xplode..etc.

If possible, can you also list how often you go to the gym... your height, weight, and possibly body fat %. If not, just say if you're athletic, working towards it...etc. Basically, I just want to know what type of shape you're in... if you're built or you're working towards it.

Doing a quick poll/study...

I don't buy those horrible tasting, overpriced caffeine and amino supps but buy in bulk and make my own!!tail.

stims (no DMAA) usually before lifting/ a.m. training
non-stims before other training

Also take stuff intra-workout.........

5'9 180 probably 12% body fat, gym 5 times a week. i take the white flood almost every time i work out as well as add 5grams of creatine to it. I can definitely tell a difference in stamina and endurance wise on the days i dont take it

yes

but i rarely take a full serving. i take my serving based on my overall feeling. leg and back days i usually put a lil more though since they are the biggest/exhausting muscle group

5'8" 155 lbs, bodyfat prob around 12-13% maybe (can see some ab definition but not insanely ripped yet)

go to gym 4-5 times a week depending on my schedule.

I took a pre workout (jack3d) for a couple months but I noticed that it doesn't seem to have the same effect on me now that it did when I first started taking it, so I stopped. Now it's just 5 grams of creatine about 30 minutes prior. Thinking about trying white flood or MP[..]ault soon tho [pic]

5'10 190 athletic but not where I want to be. Gym 4 times a week.

I take a pre-workout everytime. I lift fasted so I use ON's AmiNO Energy which has Bcaas & caffeine.

white flood over here. Great pre workout...doesnt make me feel like a crack head in the gym...probably the best mental focus in my opinion

The DMAA supps (Jack3d and C4) had me like [pic] but not worth the accordion !!

And my got a free 10 serving of Juggernaut... So I think I'm going to try that tomorrow... It's been about 2 or 3 weeks since I've used a PWO so I should be able to a relatively good read on the effectiveness

I was thinking about taking Monster Pump though. I'm not a fan of Cytosport products... but I've heard good things

I tried the Hyper FX today, !! had me like [pic][pic][pic]

I was seriously tweakin on it too, took it at like 730, !! had me feelin all crazy during my class til about noon. then a HUGE crash came and now all I can think about is taking a nap. even the chick that sits next to me was commenting on how I was talking faster and my hands were shaking and !! lol

6' 2" 217 lbs. currently, no clue what my BF% but I'd say it's still 16-18%

I tried Jack3d, then 1 M.R., then Animal Pak Rage, and now I'm doing Jack3d again, but in light of the recent studies with DMAA I'm going to finish this tub and then that's it with that (plus I think they're banning it anyways).

I'd like to try Monster Pump after reading that article on here, and I was also reading some good stuff about FF2. Gotta take it all with a grain of salt though.

6'1'' Weighing in at about 182 (lost about 7lbs due to lack of lifting/eating) Last time I checked I was like 13% bf but im guessing im lower now.

I take jack3d about 1x a week if that. I use it for a quick fix if I didnt sleep much the day before or im just generally dragging[..] in the gym. I take it right before I lift so that I hit my first workout and when the Jack3d kicks in I can maintain my whole workout. Its really just overpriced caffeine (or other stims) with trace amounts of creatine and beta alanine.

Make sure to mix your pre workout before you take it.
