Monday: Flat Bench Press - 3 sets of 6-8
Incline Bench Press – 3 sets of 6-8
Chest Dumbell Flys – 3 sets of 6-8
Push Ups – 3 sets of 15

Tuesday: Standing Rows – 3 sets of 6-8
Back Deadlifts - 4 sets of 6-8
Barbell Bent-over Rows – 3 sets of 6-8
Shoulder Shrugs with straight bar – 4 sets of 10
(Hold shrug for 2 sec.)

Wednesday:
Skull Crushers – 3 sets of 6-8
Tri’s Close Grip Bench Press – 3 sets of 6-8
Sitting Behind the Head Skull Crushers – 3 sets of 6-8
Dumbell Kickbacks – 3 sets of 6-8 (each arm)

Thursday: Flat Bar Curls (Wide Grip) – 4 sets of 6-8
Bi’s Concentration Preacher Curls– 3 sets of 6-8 (each arm)
Dumbell Curls – 3 sets of 6-8
21’s

Friday: Clean and Press – 3 sets of 6-8
Shoulders Barbell Military Press – 3 sets of 6-8
Dumbell Shoulder Press – 3 sets of 6-8


should i have days separated by diff muscles or should it be all over the place???

I would recommend you get in at least 3 days of rest. Looks like your followin a split with sum heavy compound exercises...also seems like ure neglectin your lower body a lot...

As for monday i reccomend you do one set of push-ups DIRECTLY after the last set of Flat bench to thoroughly target your slow-twitch muscle fibres.

On monday i noticed you dedicated an ENTIRE workout to your tri's doing a total of 12 sets....if thats what your attempting u need to lower the volume especially since your hittin them significantly in two other workouts. I dont know wut "Sitting Behind the Head Skull Crushers" are but can drop that...way too many exercises targeting the tri's..

Not sure what more adjustments i can make other then re-organizin your routine but if ure happy with what you have go for it...after settling in you may realize for yourself that maybe you shudnt be doin this or that many sets of that or ull switch one exercize to another workout, etc....you will eventually get the hang of it...your body will let you kno.

haha yea my bad i went out...

1.) you said that i should get at least 3 days of rest, so should i do monday and tuesday, REST, then do wed-fri, REST sat and sunday??? that would be 3
Depending on intesitym frequency and volume like Daddy's home stated in your previous thread.

2.) the pushups i do after the flat bench press, it should be 1 set of about how many???
1 set until failure...you want to maximize time under tension on your slow twitch muscle fibres...i would tell you to hit your intermediate muscle fibres but that might increae the intensity too much for your liking based on your rest days. Plus you only go as far as to hit all muscle fibres only seldomly. Doint it every workout will overload your cns.

It means just that..you have dedicated an entire workout to your triceps with an amazingly high volume because you've already k!lled your triceps monday and will again on friday...the number of sets(volume) has to be lowered.

4.) and sitting behind the head skull crushers r just sitting on the bench and taking the curl bar and pressing it straight up in the air behind ur head
