If you just do a bunch of pushups every day, overtime your gonna start to get out of perportion. like somebody that just got out the pen.

I used to do them like crazy before I was lifting they can only take you so far but te first day I started I was able to have a max 185 thats good considring I never really lifted before

you cant get that big from pushups, but my chest startin to look too big from weights, im about to do more pushups

most muscle mags talk about the same thing too in different ways over and over each month...not many topics in weight training to not get the same questions...I wonder how the writers of these magizines dont get bored...
