Can I drink a can of starbucks doubleshot 4 times a week?


I like to drink Starbucks double shots while working. I sometimes buy a 4 pack at the beginning of the week, and finish them by the end of the week. I know this can't be too healthy, but how bad is it?

If it's just espresso then you're good, but if it's one of them energy drinks with a s**t load of chemicals and all that I wouldn't be drinking them. Espresso ain't bad though, the only thing is that after a while you're bound to build up a tolerance to that s**t.

yea its just the expresso.. the starbucks energy drinks are big as f**k and don't even taste mad weird.. I was thinking I would of built up a tolerance by now.. sometimes I dont drink one for a while though..
