Starting weight: 191 lbs.

Today was day 1. I'm doing the classic routine. (Thinking about upgrading to doubles after the first 30 days depending on how it goes.)

Making this thread for myself more than I'm making it for anybody else.

Day 1:
Chest & Arms
Ab Ripper X
and I played basketball

Today I ate a breakfast burrito, two bananas and a chef salad. And a lot of water and some milk. Might eat one more banana before I go to sleep.

If you can stick to the diet your gonna see drastic improvements. Also make sure your consuming enough calories/protein or this routine/diet WILL get you crackhead skinny.

Day 2:

!! I am sore. Couldn't sleep last night. Finally fell asleep and woke up and I felt like I was having a heart attack. I've never felt my heart beat that fast or that hard before. !! tripped me out. Finally woke up around 1 in the afternoon. Meant to work-out before noon today. But my arm won't stop hurting. I'm pretty sore in my chest, arms and abs but my left arm on the other side of my elbow is hurting worse than anything else. !!ed up and smoked a cigarette today too. [pic]

!! it though. Today was Plyometrics. Went cool. Tony Horton was saying this is the "mother" of all the P90x workouts but it wasn't THAT bad. For me anyways. I've been playing basketball a lot lately and it's got me back into shape a little bit as far as cardio and endurance goes so maybe that's why. Anyways the black !! with the short hair in the workout video is secksy as !!KKKK [pic]

Today was the most I sweat in a very long time too.

I still haven't eaten !! yet today though. All I've had to eat was a bunch of random !! at the sample stations at Costco. I'm about to go make me a turkey burger right now though.

Like others have said, you need to eat more or it'll actually hinder you.

I think I am going to start this in a day or two. I've been trying other programs, but this one works for sure, so I guess I'll give it a try.

Its intense g. I'm about to start my second cycle. Make sure your diet is on point, I can't stress thaat enough. Stay motivated to finish.

P90x is so good for cutting and giving you a starting point if you're fat. All I can remember from P90x was how[..] kicking the Plyometrics was and that the guy with the fake leg would out work me [pic] Kenpo is kinda silly but it's actually the funnest of all the work outs because it doesn't feel like a work out but gets you sweating fast. Yoga to me is one of them things that look worthless but in the long run will help you with your flexibility, I also sweated my[..] off doing the Yoga and I had to do it on a dirty hardwood floor with no mat [pic]

All I can say is I'm sure if you tough it out for a week or two it will get easier, almost everything does after your body has adapted to it. Building up your cardio endurance is just like being able to add more weight to your lifts, if you keep doing the same weight or distance then it will get easier and easier for you to reach that distance or move that weight and you will need to add more weight or create a further distance (or use more intensity) to make your body consume the same amount of energy (calories). Basically it will get easier and easier for you to complete these 60 minute work outs. The only thing you gotta do is want to do 'em which I think is one of the toughest things about P90x is staying motivated for 90 full days.

The soreness you're experiencing will go away soon.

You definitely need to get a good diet in order, I would definitely be eating a lot for a routine like this and not just anything you get your hands on. Judging by your pain symptoms also sounds like you need to learn some proper form, go through the routine a couple times a little less intense to prevent yourself from !!ing your body up.
