The body solid looks straight, but I'm with you. I used to do nothing but arms, but I felt better doing a full workout with every muscle group.

[pic] yea you have to trick your muscles... bicep as example..Ill do different curl reps like you listed..heavy,

some days Ill do straight curls..and then machine curls...and do lats and rows
