alright....last year i was really big...went on a diet at the end of the summer and i lost over like 70 lbs....now im a good weight...but still i got that annoying fat on my stomach and my chest i want to tone....


i also decided im eating healthy...today was my last day to enjoy foods...now going on strictly like fruits...salad...chicken and thats how im going to be eating...

what else should i do to get rid of the fat and just help tone my body??? but heres the thing...i cant play sports cause i have a torn acl and my shoulders fucked up....but i can still shoot hoops and shit just no real intense playing...other than that i can lift pretty much anything...i can run too...got a sleeve and brace so other than competative sports im not limited to what i can do

props for anyones help./...or anyone else thats doin the same thing to get in shape for summer

Hey man, i was in the same position last year in highschool (senior). I was going to spring break and I decided that I cant pull some hoes with a big ol neck and belly, so i went on the Low Carb diet for 1 MONTH! and ran everyday during the school week. (Monday thru Friday). My face slimmed up and so much of my gut was gone. Low Carb would work the quickest for you with some good weight lifting involved because I did not do any lifting at all, only running. So now before this summer im going back on teh low carb and am going to lift some weights and stop smoking while i try to get toned. Good luck man! Get at me if u wanna see the results of one months of atkins, its like night and day my friend

Doin the same thing (the gettin in shape for summer part.... i aint got no fat.... But at the same time I aint got the sixpack).

I'm basically doin the Air Alert II shit. Just started it... Gettin them hops back for da summer. Along with extra sit-ups... Leg ups... Weight liftin and shit like that on the side. The eatin healthy part is absolutely necessary. I be eatin straight up greenery all the time. Sometime's I'll eat some Spaghetti or sume shit like that..... But I usually try to keep it salads and non cholesterol/low carb and w/e foods. Most important thing is though..... that you drink water. I swear you gain like all weight off like coke and other drinks that niggas be drinkin. I drink water/gatorade all the time durin the day, shit helps like crazy, you can drink like 20 bottles of water and it won't amount up to the calories and shit that a coke has.

And so on..... I probably wasn't any help to ya, but... ya know.. Just contributin in threads.

and shit yeh i did the low car diet since last august and thats how i lost all my weight...but now its just that shit that you cant lost without doin like excercise...cause i tried back on phase one real strict and barely anything happened

basically im just lookin what kinda excercises to do...or like a basic routine for each week....for like when i get home from school...for like 30-60 mins...or before i go to sleep..but yeh

ive always been type skinny (5'8 145) but i get a lot of tone over the summer, the easiest way is to swim EVERYDAY of possible, i go 2 my cuzin crib in cali and for a month all we did was swim for between 1- 3 or 4 hours a day, it doesnt mater what time of day. if u swim and have a lot of sex (which also exercises every major part of your body) you should b really toned, just get a girlfriend/boyfriend dependin on which way u swing, a pool and ur gunna b set for the next school year
