JFamis you should look into getting anabolic steroids. Your medical condition defiantly warrants for it and its not really about getting more muscle and seeing increases in your lift but rather helping you get over your injures. Talk to your doctor about it, you should be able to get some, if the stuff your on isn't already an anabolic steroid.

Hey bro, I'm about to begin this 14 day water fast with fruit juice. Folks are constantly telling me that it's unhealthy, but I have to reach a weight suitable for a big opportunity. 6'1 330lbs. My goal is to lost 40 within the next month and change and lose 80lbs by August.

Not really, you need to do some research, starting w/ vitamin B12, omega-3, and calcium.

Anyone know where to buy strainer bags to juice vegetables after you put them in a blender?

Something like this...

I'm getting a little worried. I've heard of people losing 40 in a month, but this seems crazy.

I'm juicing kale, cucumber, green apples, celery, parsley, ginger root and lemon and I'm just shedding weight. Anybody else done this kind of detox before?

I was gonna go 30 days, but I think I might start incorporating salad and nuts back into my diet this weekend.
I did this a few months back. Had like 6 cups of this a day for 2 weeks and dropped like 20. Best part was I wasn't working out at allll. Them again if u do and u on this diet u gonna pass out it won't b enuff intake to feed ur body.

I got a breville (sp) it cost around 150. I've been juicing for about 1 1/2 month. If your active it's extremely hard to juice all three meals. Before juicing I was at 187 but now I'm around 175. I hate juicing greens so I just purchased powdered wheat grass from amazon. Mix that with strawberries, cantaloupe, Melon, and watermelon... Im goodie lol

Pros:
Weight loss, more engery, clearer skin

Cons:
Hard to commit 100%, can get costly, strength decreases ( I recommend buying some form of protein supplement.)

Hope this helped.

They say not to take supplements while juicing.

these juice diets are extremely unhealthy and cause galbladder stones, it is a quick fix tho. Id be more concerned with the after effects later on in the game.

How strict were you following the diet? Month and a half and only 12 pounds doesn't seem to compare with the results of the others.

proof? source? [pic]

The opinions on juicing seem to be on either extreme. It's either very healthy or very unhealthy. I'd just like to know which one. I guess I'll have to research on my own
