Just read through this entire thread [pic]
Pretty interesting [pic] seems like people are seeing results, gonna start recommending this to friends since i always get asked cause i work at GNC.

I'd do it myself but i'm trying to gain weight, not lose it.

Thats a great point! He made. I also think you can control the juicing maybe as meal replacements. As you beging to incorporate solids back in to your body!! But just make sure you visit a doctor. Let them give you a check up. And tell you how is your health!!

You really shouldn't or rather don't need to "Go on a JUICING diet" exclusively. It works best as being an integral part of a healthy diet. Healthy meaning, eating raw and or whole foods.

Not to mention if you do your research, different veggies/fruits target/help different parts of you.... IMO Juicing should pretty much replace the need for a "Multi-vitamin" for the most part. You can still do the fish oil if fish isn't a semi-regular staple in your diet, but strictly juicing is an extreme if you ask me and we know how that goes....

I lost a little over 10 pounds in just under 3 weeks by having a strict diet no excercise n I haven't even began incorporating JUICING into my diet yet.... Your body needs more than just "JUICING"

Watch "Fat Sick and Nearly Dead" homie. Plus seeing the results that the TS said, I honestly think it's well worth it for my condition. I did try working out and eating healthy for 6 months, but I didn't see that great of results. Thanks for the input though.

You probably weren't doing it right or with enough discipline because no matter who you are. Consistency and discipline works, PERIOD.

40pds is "not that great of results?" [pic][pic][pic]

You're clearly looking for a quick fix.... unfortunately it's not healthy and consistency is key.....

Haven't been on a strict detox or diet, but I started blending 4-5 cups of cucumber a day and I'm seeing some noticable changes after a week. Feel a lot less congested (cucumbers are supposed to clear out your lymphatic), a little more energy, and I'm !!tin like 2-3 times a day [pic] Safe to say my digestive system is working a lot better.

What if you were juicing every other day, like eat lean meats one and juice the next wouldnt that be better for your body by having some solids instead of none???????
