| also, so far i'm down 9 lbs and on my 5th day. seems like a healthy weight loss on a fast. pretty sure a lot of that is water weight, even though I've been drinking roughly a gallon a day. i'm not extremely obese tho [pic] most people don't even think i'm fat, but i'm probably around 20-25% body fat | |

| I'm on day 9. set out to do a 10 day fast, but the last couple days I am CONSTANTLY hungry. Days 4-6 and most of 7 were fine, never hungry. But yesterday and today I've been very hungry. I even drink about 24-30 oz of juice trying to fill up my stomach and body with nutrients. Within 30 minutes i'm hungry again. Starting to think my body is telling me "eat something for gods sake!" | |

| I'm all set up and have been drinking juice the entire day today. It's going fine, I get hungry but just drink juice and fill up on Water and I'm straight. Music has helped me keep my mind off solid food and the nay sayers in my family. | |

By the time I'm past a week, I'm thinking I need to be just outside you feel me? Go out and go for a walk or play basketball w/ my cousins. Maybe go for a long drive but gas [pic]. Are you doing any strength training? When I get off I have the urge to do some light weight and high reps in my garage just so the muscle I've gained since January doesn't totally go away through this Fast. I also decided to Write a Journal of my daily experiences. I'm not really into diaries and !! but it's not too much different than discussion forums so why not. | ||

| I got a homie who has been doing this for about 2 weeks, and he told me that the only solid food he eats regularly is raisins and almonds, just so his body can still digest solid food. | |
