People are wondering if I'm still losing weight... I've lost about 43 pounds since I started doing this. Juice is still a big part of my diet, but I eat a lot of protein too. I have not gained any weight back either.

That's how I started. I gave up swine first. Gave up beef about a year ago. I still eat chicken and fish, a little turkey and buffalo here and there.

Congratulations on your weight loss. I'm sorry to hear about your unfortunate car accidents. It's great hearing how you've been overcoming these events.

Man I just watched the doc. Im seriously considering this. Did u say u worked out during this? Is it a bad idea to do intense exercise while juicing like p90x for example? Let a brother know. I'm 5'10 210 by the way.

You could eat bowls and bowls of lettuce/leafy greens all day and it would only be like 1000 calories.

Congrats on the weight loss.
man im in the same boat as him...i had shoulder surgery in mid aug and was immobilized for 2 months..sat and slept in a chair the whole time...hell i still cant even walk on a treadmill cause of the jolt it throws thru my shoulder...and when you are in pain and have to be lazy you dont feel like eating healthy..gained atleast 20 pounds...i might have to try this diet out for real.

ps. i heard juicers are like 100 bucks
