People are wondering if I'm still losing weight... I've lost about 43 pounds since I started doing this. Juice is still a big part of my diet, but I eat a lot of protein too. I have not gained any weight back either.

theres a documentary on netflix about doing this, totally healthy as long as ur getting the right nutrition from the types of vegetables ur juicing....u should watch it, its called Fat, Sick, & Nearly Dead

if i were you i would stay on the diet but get in shape at the same you dont have to do weights but walking or riding a bike can help there is a guy i work with thats all he has eaten since he was 30 and he is i think 52 now he say he rides his bike at 3 miles every morning hes about 5'10 id say 180 190 and im 6 foot 160 so i cant try it i might fade away but u can do it if hes been doing it for 20 years what he did say tho is that he gradually stopped eating meats he didnt just cold turkey

That's how I started. I gave up swine first. Gave up beef about a year ago. I still eat chicken and fish, a little turkey and buffalo here and there.

man im in the same boat as him...i had shoulder surgery in mid aug and was immobilized for 2 months..sat and slept in a chair the whole time...hell i still cant even walk on a treadmill cause of the jolt it throws thru my shoulder...and when you are in pain and have to be lazy you dont feel like eating healthy..gained atleast 20 pounds...i might have to try this diet out for real.

ps. i heard juicers are like 100 bucks
