I'm on day 9. set out to do a 10 day fast, but the last couple days I am CONSTANTLY hungry. Days 4-6 and most of 7 were fine, never hungry. But yesterday and today I've been very hungry. I even drink about 24-30 oz of juice trying to fill up my stomach and body with nutrients. Within 30 minutes i'm hungry again. Starting to think my body is telling me "eat something for gods sake!"
What are some of the things you do to keep your mind off eating?
By the time I'm past a week, I'm thinking I need to be just outside you feel me? Go out and go for a walk or play basketball w/ my cousins. Maybe go for a long drive but gas
Are you doing any strength training? When I get off I have the urge to do some light weight and high reps in my garage just so the muscle I've gained since January doesn't totally go away through this Fast.
I also decided to Write a Journal of my daily experiences. I'm not really into diaries and sh*t but it's not too much different than discussion forums so why not.
