I think farmed salmon might be better actually but don't quote me. My gf is a food scientist and did a project on it and I had to edit it for her but its been a while..

financial section is down the hall and to your right -------->

You can find options that are just as cheap and aren't sausages in a can. Education is key when learning how to eat moderately healthy on a very tight budget. Give me how much you can afford to spend on food a week and i bet i can give you better options...

Are you a lineman or something? Dropping 100+lbs would help with your food budget issues.

And you have $20 a week to survive on food?

I live in Chicago, one of the more expensive places to live, and I can eat well off $20.

Chicken bre@sts from a meat market. ($6)
Slice them down the middle, the long way, for Cooking them whole, dries them out, cook half
Big Bag of Rice ($4)
Bananas ($.35 for 6)
Bread ($.79 for a loaf)
Eggs ($1.29 for a dozen
Sandwich Meat (2.49 for like 40 slices)
Milk ($2.09 a Gallon, 2%)
Oatmeal ($1.49 for a Big Cinnamon Brown Sugar Tub)
Canned Corn/String Beans/Carrots ($.40 Each)

And you talking about eating some ####ing canned Vienna Sausages
In retrospect those things are expensive for so little.

And you don't have to buy a big bag of rice a week or oatmeal. They last a couple weeks.
So take a week off and get your essentials
Vegetable Oil, Seasonings, Sugar, Cheese, Margarine

Learn how to live in the real world and budget.
I've come from probably lower than you.

Get out of the house, so you're not eating so much, and don't always drink milk
Drink some damn water, which I'm sure you don't, have a fridge full of Pepsi and ####.

Don't always eat rice, substitute some Macaroni/ Spaghetti for Rice
But you can make it, and not eat that very unhealthy food.

Hope you don't get high blood pressure, I'm a$suming you're out of shape.
And those choices are just making it worse.

You can def eat off $20 a week. I can eat off of $10 if it comes down to it. But I live in Delaware, no tax on ####. I usually buy a bunch of the great value brand pasta and rice things (they're like 80 cents each) then some random bags of meat.
