I work an AWS shift. I work 12s 5 days one week, then 2 days the next week. I work 7A-7P but I just goto the gym right after. Gotta find time, it doesn't matter.

I drink a couple cups of black coffee during the day and take a preworkout supp. about 20 minutes before I step foot in the gym.

JC man I can't even imagine working nights. I give you two props because the people that come in on night shift look like the walking dead. Some swole dudes though so I guess it's still possible. I don't think night shift is healthy for thebody though.

props on that but why do you have to lose another 15 until you can start liting again? why not start lifting now and just watch what you eat?

idk lol..just a mental thing..even though you can see the improvement with lifting and still losing now..my weight may stay the same or go up since i build muscle easily so i just wanna hit that on the scale first then start lifting
