Is it ok to do ab ripper x on its own? i already go to the gym and am getting bigger but i want to start defining my abs ( i want a 6 pack) is ab ripper worth it without doing the other p90x routines?

i know diet is important for abs..and im already on that..im at 9% body fat, is that good enough for my abs to show?


and should i do ab ripper every other day? monday, wednesday, friday, sunday, tuesday, etc?

The abs are a muscle group just like anything else on the body so you must treat them as such.

You work them like any other muscle. It is important to build a strong core.

If you have a certain amount of percentage of fat over them then they will not show.

Just work your abs like any other muscle group and when you get you body fat percentage low enough they will show.

You're asking if single digit body fat percentage will show your abs? You can't look in a mirror?

i dont have abs yet im trying to develop them..that just my body fat percentage thats why i asked

yahh, generally, most men will see signs of their abs with single digit BF%'s.

but there's no specific number. like dude said above, just look in the mirror.

i do the ab ripper every other day been doing it for 6 months now, got ripped abs...underneath some body fat, got a 4 pack showing, 8 if i stretch my skin down. So only advice is diet and cardio if you want any visible results.

Yes doing ab ripper x and no other p90 excercise is fine.

Just remember to workout your core too like dude above said. Deadlifts = monster core workout
