6 meals a day?

For all the dudes that say to eat 6 meals a day, can you gimme an example of what to eat. I have no idea what to make or eat in those 6 meals. Help me out.

eggs, oatmeal, fish, chicken [..], tuna, brown rice, potatos, yams, sweet patatos, turkey, lean ground beef etc... when u tryin to get big u eat a lot of the same !! mulitple times a day, everyday, weekly....it sucks. mag's always have cool things to eat but then they take a while to prepare.

im tryna lose not gain. my BMI is like 28, bad territory.

yeah so whats the food u shud eat

Meal 1 4-5 egg whites with oatmeal
Meal 2 Isopure zero carb shake 2 scoops is 50 grams of protein
Meal 3 Small bowl of Chili NO CRACKERS (a place in my building sells it)
Meal 4 Isopure Zero carb shake again 1 scoop this time (usually hit the gym)
Meal 5 Grilled or baked chicken [..] with a bake potato (go to wendys and get it if you dont have time to cook it)
Meal 6 Another protein shake 2 scoops


I work out and try to do the bodybuild thing a little bit and let me tell you if you wanna get that body together, eat that !! daily.
