I'm glad the Packers didn't draft him. Whoever compared him to Favre pre-draft should be slapped.

anyone that knows football and isnt a bills homer had to see this coming, losman was a bust waiting to happen, not to say kelly holcomb is a big step up but i dont think even the bills honestly thought they could make it to the playoffs with losman at the helm

bills have the same problem as the ravens right now, they made a bad move trying to find a franchise quarterback, lets what franchise is willing to admit they made a mistake and make a change after the season

its pretty bad when one of your college teammates who is in the NFL (Mewelde Moore - RB - Vikings) feels the need to throw him under the bus for no apparent reason at all - and J.P. was supposed to be the man in college?

Mark Craig, of the Star Tribune, reports Minnesota Vikings RB Mewelde Moore is not a big fan of his former college teammate at Tulane, Buffalo Bills QB J.P. Losman. "I just didn't like the way he played ball the last two years at Tulane," Moore said. "You are what you are. He's a great player, and he'll be a great player once he plays total team ball and sells out for the team and not for himself." Moore indicated that Losman's selfishness affected Tulane's effectiveness as a team. "I wish the best to him. I just don't have any interest in playing with him," added Moore.

Hahaha...I say "what tha hell took so long"...he's gone 7-15 or somewhere around that in games already...cmon buffalo...open them eyes baby....and to the gm: congrats u dumb ass....u now have imploded this team...lets get rid of a vet...in favor of an unproven weak ass rookie.....the last time a rookie was brought str8 in to start(and losman is a "rookie") and do good was rothelisberger...before that? Who knows, cuz I don't think they're around anymore....

lol first off i wasnt comparing losman to brady or vick. clearly i was being sarcastic cuz jp only threw like 6 passes last season. but everything i said in that quote was true, look at the stats from last year the completion percentage was the same.

anyway, jp will be fine. he's a first year starter, they tend to struggle at times. personally, i think its unfair to judge him off the games we've played cuz 2 of those games he struggled in were vs. the buc and falcons who have 2 of the best defenses in the nfl.

im a hardcore bills fan. and just because the bills are my team, isnt the only reason why im defending JP. JP is a rookie, and i actually think he has done an okay job. He doesnt get sacked as much as bledsoe did, he is mobile, his only problem is, he doesnt allow our offense to run smoothly. its like we cant pass, and since we cant pass, everyone just gets in the box on mcgahee. Like i dont think hes a bust, but im happy were getting holcomb in there to show what he can do.Our passing game will be better now

I think its always a tough situation to bench the guy that you thought was gonna be your starter. Kelly Holcombe is a better QB than Losman. He led the Browns to the playoffs a few years ago, so he definitely could help the Bills this season.

jp is far from a bust right now. you have to keep in mind he's a first year starter and everybody knew he'd have a tough time like most first year qb starters do. also the Bills plan was to let the defense, special teams and running win games and jp just not lose games. the problem has been that the defense hasnt done its job so they've been forced to have jp throw alot late in games. but to call him a bust after 4 games is just stupid, cuz we have faced to very good ds in atl and tampa, and its not like we've had jp out there throwing the ball all day. he's been on a tight leash as to what they allow him to do so we dont know what he can or cannot do yet.

right now holcomb might be the better fit cuz with the d struggling we gonna need to score more to win and he is more experienced in reading defenses and running a team at this level. but jp is the qb of the future until he proves otherwise.
