Why Blame Dwight?

granted...he was stupid for picking up the player option if he really wanted to leave...

i fully understand the backlash and hate he gets for not making up his mind last year......

but this offseason has been all Magic! He clearly wants to go..they clearly dont want him...trade him already......its the Magic that cant make a decision and keep naming all these teams...not Dwight.

Every hour you hear NJ, Houston, LA, all kinds of !!, and people get mad at Dwight? Its the Magic that need to pull the trigger at this point.

Its been known for a while that he wont sign an extension to certain teams...no hate..he has all right to do that. But given all these things...the Magic need to go ahead and do something already.

I could have sworn they asked him to stay very recently AND fired a coach and GM for him. To say that he hasn't made a mess of this is crazy.

This pretty much, I been saying this all alone, never should have opted back in. He could have signed with the Nets with a loaded team still. Where ever he goes, they got to blow it up to add him in the mix.

i can't blame Dwight in the slightest...who can resist not wanting to be down w/ the #ALLBLACKEVERYTHING? D12 knows that the #NETSARMY is moving the movement, he sees that the 'swag' (joe johnson [pic]) is the juiciest [pic].

you said it in your first post and is why i give him all the blame. he should of opted out. as a result we get the mess that we currently see.

i agree that the opt in was a really bad move...but why all the hate in every thread when another team, or possible trade is mentioned?...Howard isnt the one being indecisive at this point!

but the problem is that the magic are trying to get the best package for them. although i agree they need to ship him out they also need to get what they feel they want

and to be honest, the magic havent come unscathed out of this, people !! on them every chance they get too

the Magic have seen plenty of offers....

from the team he allegedly will only resign to....

and from teams willing to take a chance with a rental...hoping they can convince him to stay.

What is the problem?

That's odd. I thought the only reason why he wanted the Nets was because of D-Will.
