Saints lose another tailback

With Mike Bell in Philly and Lynell Hamilton on injured reserve, the Saints can ill afford additional serious injuries to their running backs.

On Saturday night, they suffered another one.

P.J. Hill suffered an apparent triceps injury against the Texans, according to Mike Triplett of the New Orleans Times-Picayune. Hill has been waived/injured, and he'll revert to the team's IR list if not claimed by another team.

The Saints initially signed Hill as an undrafted free agent in 2009, and he rushed for 128 yards on 26 carries in the preseason. The Redskins cut him in May, and the Saints claimed him off waivers.

The Saints have added DeShawn Wynn to a depth chart that currently features Pierre Thomas, Reggie Bush, Ladell Betts, and Chris Ivory.

This injury bug is getting contagious two RBs gone in as many weeks.

Injuries are gonna hit the Saints hard this year probably.. And if they don't.. Watch the !! out lmao

Quiet as kept it hit last year with injuries to Porter, Greer, *Heath Evans(IR), Shockey, Ellis, *Grant(IR), Fujita, Lance Moore, Pierre Thomas, *Billy Miller(IR), and Mike Bell to name a few. They were able to overcome them because they had depth. All of these guys mentioned missed multiple games last year.

Hell yeah. He seems a lot stronger though. I used to [pic] when that nicca tried to run up the middle. Not so much anymore. He's gonna beast this year.

I expect 750 rushing and 500 receiving with about 10-15 total TDs. At least two punt return TDs...... not bad for splitting carries with Thomas.

we only need 650 outta thomas and about 4/500 outta bush with another 400 receiving yards from him. we can surpass the rest if they handle that part. if the run aint working we wont be able to throw the rock like we're used to.

pj hill was a monster at wisconsin, never thought hed make it as a nfl runningback tho
