Haven't seen much of him but I'd say its more so about how they throw the ball, location, velocity, poise etc instead of stats against 2nd/3rd stringers. If they look the part you might as well throw them out there if you don't have a future option behind them.

We've seen how good he has played against 2nd and 3rd stringers. Curious how he does against starters. I think he'll do well

Teams don't run real offense or defense during pre-season games........starters or not

He's not seeing complex blitz patterns and coverage schemes regardless of who's playing

If Wilson shows out then I see no reason why he can't be the starter week 1.

why Pete Carroll spend so much time !!ing around having T Jack get so many 1st team reps in camp I don't know. They should have their decision made after this game tho. While Wilson will be playing against much smarter and athlete defensive guys the 1st team Oline of Seattle is a better unit than what he played with first two games. Pulling for him no doubt.

Petey already said he's not announcing the starter until after game 4 of preseason
