You can't be flat on your feet, you have to be active and you have to constantly circle around JBJ. A Frankie Edgar type fighter will give Jones a lot of problems.

It's not easy, but if there are a few people who could do it and do it consistently Cormier is one of them. Cormier won't stand outside on the end of his jab like almost everyone else has. Peole let him use his reach all the time. And if they do rush him, they do it a little bit then stop.

Jones is a guy that adapts when he has to. I don't see rampage having a chance since he is one dimensional.. If u rush him u have to hope u r faster than his legs. And also not let him get those arms in position to choke
