It wasn't successful... how was it successful? If it was successful the Jags wouldn't of scored that next drive after they punted? Giants got the ball first, made what? two first downs maybe, it might of even been only one, then had to punt. The Jags took the ball 80+ yards for the first TD of the game. I mean, the punt was good and put the Jags back at their own 18 yard line or so. So if you want to call that a success? Okay, but that's a little ridiculous. I'd call a success where you pin them within their own 10 yard line and they don't score.

like the run blocking
pass blocking
which wr can create separation
whether bennett has stone hands

!! like that, that is what he meant as far as them being successful, most giants fans give 2 !!s whether they score we just wanna see young/new guys progress and avoid injuries

I guess so. The only thing I'll give them is their backups are better than our backups and that was a no call on the PI on the Giants 2nd drive.

With both team's starters in it was 10-7 Giants. Only because of a fumble with a typical preseason mental error by the WR who held the ball on the inside and didn't switch to the outside because he's a WR and doesn't usually carry the ball. And after that fumble, the Giants got bailed out by that horrible call of a "Facemask" where Aaron Ross blitzed, never touches his facemask, but the ref mumbles something about grabbing the back of the helmet. Then replay shows his hand grazes his helmet but more so his shoulder pad because he was trying to tackle him around his upperbody, he never once hits him in the helmet. And because of it, Giants get 1st and goal, and instead of 7-6 Jags, it ends up 10-7 Giants.

I got you. I look for that too, but with the Jags and the year last year, I need to see some !!ing points [pic] Dude's were the worst offense last year, worst passing game by far, and 3rd last in points.

This probably the toughest Defensive Line (when the starters were playing) we'll face all year. I liked what I saw for Gabbert and the O-Line. There were three plays where they let them get in there, two of the incomplete throws and the sack/fumble. But that's gonna happen with the Giants. We should be pretty good to go if that's all the best pass rushing defense can do. That was what? Only one sack when the starters were in. Three QB hits. When the backups came in the Giants started getting more sacks (backups for both teams.)

fact is the giants picked up first downs and eli looked sharp passing the ball,yea they didnt score but they moved the ball and got first down you made it seem like they had nothing but 3 and outs against your defense.

put it like this if a team have the ball on they own 5 yard line and gets a couple of first downs and get the ball to the 30-35 yard line and they have to punt...thats not a successful drive?
