I think Georga covers this spread because their coach knows he needs to win convincingly to keep his job so he should get his players fired up for this. I don't deal with uncertainty. Not in today's NFL. Nobody expected Cam to come out firing like that. There was no tape on him, nothing. Same thing with Gabbert. No matter your own personal opinion of him. We have nothing to go off of. Plus, he still has MJD on his side and that's ALWAYS a plus and should calm him down enough to the point where he feels comfortable.

It is very possible for Cam to go off. It's also possible for Gabbert to go off or do just enough. Or they both could end up having good games. People forget that with all of these yards and points that Cam is putting up, so is the other squad. He can't play both sides of the ball. I still feel like Car will pull the win but I feel like its too many other choices on the "board" that may be safer than those odds. [pic]

And I think the lines just moved up some for CAR. Might even go up again between now & Sat. Sometimes you gotta take that risk though so I wouldn't even be mad at anybody who still pick em to cover. It's just off MY radar. I took enough risks last week. :lachen001:

I'm actually considering going with Jacksonville after doing some more research, especially considering the lines are moving up like Section80 said. I don't know if they'll necessarily win but I think their defense can keep it close enough to beat the spread.
