Don't get me wrong I liked Goligoski but you can find a offensive D-man anywhere. There is a new one that pops up every year. Ask the Caps... How good was Mike Green last year after his 2 mins of fame? [pic]

Plus the Pens have one of the best offensive D-man in the league, Letang. You can't find a talent like Neal anywhere and he's only 24. Trust me when it's all said and done it will be considered a steal. I could have done without Matt Riskanen too.
