thing is you really think floyd will take the fight even if testing is the problem. There is a reason why floyd is hinding behind the blood test. The thing is as long bob arum has pacquaio under contract then this fight will never happen. Bob arum vs Floyd beef is that serious. Bob arum is still pissed off at floyd for leaving him.

Also pacquaio agreed to testing and floyd went on vacation.
