Nets fire Avery Johnson

This was not going to work this year, no Howard no expectations.......

Avery was on his final year so it was time to let him go
this team was not set up for him to succeed, Avery has a history of feuding with PGs that also ruined the whole situation of DWILL star of the team, he was expecting Howard to be his star.

That early run they had was them playing based off buzz alone
once other teams got their legs under the Nets were back to reality.


They will make it to the Playoffs though, this team is built to make it there but not
to compete with HEAT/OKC/LAKERS/CELTICS you know sure to be champs of the NBA post season world.

Why shouldn't the coach get chopped off?, last time I checked the players all must
do what he prepares, if his whole plan isn't working he needs to go, even if it was Phil Jackson
he would get fired or better yet he would quit, if your players ain't grooving in your system
it is your fault not the players, they are just the chess pieces these coaches move around.

Look at how Devin Harris prospered after he left Dallas. He had his best season and was voted onto the All-Star team. Avery Johnson is a control freak and limits the playing abilities of his players.

Avery got fired? He was just coach of the month wasn't he? That's like a player get Player of the Month then gets traded the next month.
