2011-2012 22.6 ppg 43.0% (that's his lowest ppg since 2004-2005 and his lowest fg% since his rookie year 2003-2004)

He has declined every year for 3 years straight.

He only missed 11 games, so what r u talkin bout. Missin 11 games does not excuse a decline.

And it doesn't matter what his career average is. People act like he's still at his peak. The point is, he has declined from his peak 3 years in a row. He's declining and even posting some of the worse numbers of his career.

Wade is declining bcuz of injury and so is Amare. Y are ppl !!tin on Amare, when we all know the injuries/surgeries is the reason for his decline. But ain't nobody givin him no pa#s and I ain't givin Melo no pa#s. I ain't givin anyone a pa#s. Declining is declining. Simple as that. Injuries are apart of the game.

And I believe Melo was used as a decoy bcuz teams are hip to his game. Just like Lebron was used as a decoy in that last game against the Thunder. They were hip to his !! and made him give it up or shoot his bull!! jumper. Teams are doin Melo like that even more. They coming in expecting the iso and he's gotten slower at makin his move leading to the popular notice of him stopping the ball everytime he catches it, something that wasn't as noticeable until this year.

Why did Melo avg 31 ppg the last 20 games of the season if team are getting hip to his game huh ?
