I've seen the studies sponsored by chocolate milk makers in magazines sponsored by the same chocolate milk makers and yeah compared to gatorade and other sports drinks its better but ill stick with a protein drink and good dinner post workout... you niccas keep drinking that chocolate milk with a !! load of sucrose (sugar), fructose (sugar) high fructose corn syrup (sugar), !! load of carbs, artificial flavors, more sugar, fat, some more sugar and some hormones and antibitoics too
