Back and ACL isn't the same.. Your back is your frame to your whole body, you !!ed that up to where T-Mac had it, there's no surgery to fix that issue. You're just going to have to play through it and will be noticeably slower..

There's many athlete's in almost every sport who's come back and looked better than ever from an ACL injury..

RG3 being one of them, Jamal Crawford being the other, Baron Davis suffering one early in his college career, still maintained his athletic ability.

Someone name me the last athlete on an NBA level who was 25 and under who tore and ACL and looked !! in the past 10 years... Because all the ones that did, came back and lost nothing..

With the medical advancements of today, a player that works as hard as Rose can come back even stronger after rehabbing from a torn ACL. As for TMac, there isn't much that can be done to help back problems.
