[pic] Isnt the Contract 3 yrs 25 mil

I Think This Article Was Meant For The Original Contract Of 4yr 30 mil Which Would BE 45 Mil Luxury Tax Wise

The 3yr 30 mil would be a lil around 31-32 mil Luxury Tax

EITHER WAY KnicksLost IF THEY MATCH OR NOT

Knicks Lost is FACTUAL as I presented before, Eternal MAYBE but their is a possibility their is a curse[pic]

If they allow the NETS to become champs before they do[pic]

I say it's a wrap for the organization, they need to make sure that doesn't happen

of all things do not allow the Nets to become champions or even have a better season

or it is over for Knicks.

u guys are idiots 43 million in tax alone for lin they will have 75 million around 4 players how they gonna fill the rest of the roster bums off the street . it will cost almost 100 million in lux tax alone are u stupid no one gonna pay that . And anyone who wants lin that bad is an idiot dude has not proven anything to be almost a 30 million dollar player when u add the tax in your crazy

!! is once again the knicks fault
blah blah blah they !!ed up
blah blah blah he is unproven but he at least deserves an extension as much as Woodson does
and his brand alone made the knicks close to 600 million last yr
but like I said it is very simple
YOU SIGN LIN IF HE PANS OUT AND PLAYS 3/4 OF HOW HE PLAYED LAST YR THEN EVERYTHING IS GREAT UNTIL THE 3RD YR
BUT IF HE DOESN'T THEN U DO WHAT EVERY OTHER TEAM DOES AND TRADE SIMPLE

the Rockets are only paying 25, and they are hovering around 8.3 flat those three. not 5, 5, 15. not too bad for houston.

Even still, he was on their roster last year and not for 25 million dollars.

they have more than enough cap, I'm not sure if they care. Remember, they have extended the exact same offer to Omer Asik: 8 avg for them, 5,5,15 for Chicago. They placed two offers for a total of 50 Mill with the possibility of landing both players.

They got bread lol

This..

It seems some think rockets are going to pay 15 in year 3, which we are not ONLY the knicks will if they match. The rockets will pay lin evenly over 3 years

15 Mill is guaranteed in year 3 . According to the new CBA they can average the 3 years for CAP purposes . Its called the Gilber Arenas Loophole for the Early Bird .

I guess I'm not explaining my point clearly enough... How much were the Rockets paying Lin last year? You traded (or cut can't remember) he played 25 games (very well) and now you are about to pay him 25 million over the next three years. And you had a point guard in Dragic who was better that you let go. That doesn't seem like good managing to me.

somebody should crunch the numbers and see if the projected merchandise/ticket sales from having lin will match that. it might =/
