Kobe may miss All-Star Game

Kobe Bryant watched the game from the locker room after receiving treatment for a sprained left ankle. An MRI exam earlier in the day confirmed a sprain. The NBA doesn't like its players sitting out the All-Star game, but if Bryant doesn't play Wednesday at Utah, he probably has the option of sitting out Sunday's game at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas. If he continues to stay off the court, Bryant will pocket a total of 10 days' rest before the Lakers' first game after the break, next Tuesday against Golden State.

and no i like watchin kobe play..prob top 10 ever and 2nd best sg ever but he is way overrated people tryin to put him above greats like russell,jordan,magic ect... and these d*ckriders get on my nerves.Got to let them no they were wrong...and i was right...kobe got an all star cast when they said they were soft bums and they wish kobe had lebrons cast

I'm sayin u really hate him cause ur tryin to discredit everything kobe does...ima a knicks fan and I don't hate any players other then damiper, but I see u in every thread repeating the same things over and over

There's a lot of niggas like that on BX, but Philly has a point. He gets way too much praise around here, as a Laker fan since showtime the s**t is disgusting, he's not even the best Laker ever let alone Jordan status.

:edit: i forgot to speak on the topic but i agree with what charles said on Inside, if he's healthy enough i think he should still start and play for like 10 min or so just for the fans and shut it down...he shouldnt even have to practice, jus come to the game, show the fans of the nba some love , and sit out the rest of the game

Thank you, damn. I wouldn't have a problem if it wasn't for the constant over-praise/hype about everything he does and every injury he's dealing with. That's not just on here I'm talking about in the media in general.
