Uh, yes they do. That's the reason they put fit people with nice bodies in commercials for exercise equipment. People buy the product in hopes that using it will make them look like the person in the commercial. The problem with this commercial is that Kim has obviously had multiple plastic surgeries. Therefore it sets an unnatural standard because a vast majority of women will never look like that from hard work alone. Even Kim herself doesn't. They will either get plastic surgery themselves or forever feel inferior/not eat enough, become bulimic, etc. etc. Not all people buy that much into the hype that surrounds these products of course but using Kim in this commercial is the same as if they put some dude who uses steroids in a Bowflex commercial.

Like I said, I'd still smash. I don't care if the woman I'm !!ing has fake !! and a nose job but it seems immoral to use her as a spokeswoman for exercise equipment.
