Jason Kidd was surprised by the Nets’ trade of Richard Jefferson last week, but dismissed the possibility that the trade would help them get Lebron James in 2010. Kidd, interviewed at a Team USA event in New York Monday, said that Jefferson’s trade showed ”I guess they’ve officially started over.” Kidd didn’t stop there. Of their attempts to get James, he said, “They’re going to have to trade everybody.”

Nets can keep EVERYONE on the roster & still offer Lebron the max

Sucks that he doesnt know the reason we shipped his old washed up[..] off is to bring in James.... someone tell this nicca he makes 20 Mil a year to shoot 3s when he doesnt even have the range

He didnt even mention that Lebron didnt want to come here... Lebron was busting a nut just talking about Brooklyn..... he said they would have to trade everyone because for some reason he thinks we dont have cap space when we do

in 2010 Kidd will be retired so who cares? nicca got ate in the playoffs last year... someone tell him this aint 2000 anymore

Yall on the other hand dont even have the cap space to bring him in when 2010 comes around so just worry about being irrelevant the next 4 years at least

Jason just upset that we sent him to Dallas and he is a loser.. he deep down inside realizes he was an idiot, went about the trade the wrong way, cant compete in the west with the pauls and williams of the conference...

too bad.. he will never win a championship and his "legacy" he left here in the swamp will be overshadowed by the king in 2012 or 2013 whenever we win that first nba title

if you remember kidd wanted to go to LA a year before.. well months back in the summer when kobe wanted help (they didnt resign fisher yet) .. but LA didnt want to give up andrew thus no kidd.. you cant tell me kidd would rather be in dallas with the stupid euro or with kobe in the big market...

I don't see how Lebron thinks he has a better chance in Brooklyn.. Playing second fiddle to the Knick's for the rest of his career. Knick's will always be the first NY team with or without Lebron.

And I still doubt he bounces from Cleveland. But we will see

yea him and lebron are chill, but they're not great friends. steven a. smith talked with lebrons TRUE friends and relatives, and they said they think lebrons going to brooklyn. i doubt kidd knows more than his famils [pic]

and jay-z is closer to lebron than kidd.
