Jones doesn't want Machida rematch

If he beats Hendo, he basically cleaned out the division.

If he wants the huge money fights, he'll have to jump to HW but guys like Dos Santos and Overeem will seriously test his chin.

Watching GSP, Silva, Aldo, and Jones clean out divisions has really exposed MMA as lacking depth. We're quick to forget how young MMA really is. Lightweight might be the only weight class with more than 2 or 3 guys that can be champions in the near future.

I get it your still mad that Jones beat the !! outta your idol but stop hating. its sad that people think machida slightly winning the first rd (which was debateable) than getting stopped in the second is rematch worthy. Im 90 pct sure the judges were split 2-1 Id google it but I dont really care. Judges gave Condit a win over Diaz and Benson the win over frankie, funny how the judges only matter when they back your opinion.

And he rocked him? We must have a different opinion of rocked. Jones got hit clean yes, but rocked? !! no. Did he fall? no. did he almost fall? no. was he busted open by the shot? no. How exactly was he rocked?

The judges make dumb[..] calls all the time but fact of the matter is what they say goes, yes diaz won and i feel bendo lost but the judges say otherwise so what does our opinion matter? It was a clean shot but Jones was off-balance. Had Machida been able to stretch the fight out I would still be compelled to see a rematch. Honestly, I want to see Machida fight Rua again.

I wanna see a third machida/rua fight as well, jones did say he was rocked and that he fought hard to keep his composer which greg jackson praised him for backstage. Only thing i said was he's sounding like anderson silva saying who he wants and doesn't want to fight, when before he was saying whoever ufc wants him to fight he would because ''it's my job to do it'' this dude jumping all over me i honestly could care less about the lhw div if rampage isn't making any moves then i have a few others i root for.

i know they will fight but how is that being foolish?

I could see Aldo having a lot of trouble with Edgar if/when the fight goes down. Edgar has the wrestling needed to put Aldo on his back and will have much power in his hands @ 145. I think Edgar wins that fight.

GSP basically has 2-3 fights left @ WW with some intrigue. Condit and then Nick Diaz for sure. I think he's just holding down the crown until his protege Rory MacDonald holds down the division. I would like to see him fight The Spider at a catch-weight of 178 if he is able to get past Condit.
