On the real, i wish the sox would get him but no way Toronto is trading within the AL East.

I can see the Red Sox making a push for Halladay. I'm sure the Jays dont want him in the AL East, but the Sox could conceivably give the Jays the "best" offer.

The Phillies, Cubs and Cardinals will most definitely be in the mix as well

Word.. I hope he goes to a winnin' team, He deserves that Ship, One of the classiest players of all time, met him last year in an elavator. Signed my hat and was real down to earth.

But on the real, I hope he goes to the Philles, Cubs, or Red Sox.. Couldn't see him anywhere else. Especially in them Pin Stripe's.

Mets should be all over this, knowing that they need pitching badly, it'll be a nice fit for him too with that big ballpark that they have. But they probably don't have enough prospects to give up for him

how can you be a fan of the Jays and Pats with toronto being in the same division and rivals with boston? (baseball and baseketball)

sad to say.. they should trade halladay for 3 top prospects and should try to throw in alex rios or vernon in there as welll.. They have to get rid of these ridiculous contracts (vernon & rios) sum how..

well im going go just take a wild guess here but id say hes a fan of the team and not the city?
plus toronto doesnt have an nfl team.. (yet) so there you have it..
being a fan of the pats doesnt mean your a fan of boston/new england .. just means your a fan of the team

ah man, sad to say this, but i want to see doc go to a contender and win a world series, he's stuck with toronto through everything, but i dont think anybody here is going to get mad at him for going to a contender.
