I thought the BCS was supposed to be about "Strength of Schedule"

Our schedule isn't nearly as bad Bama Haters make it seem to be.. Everybody on our Schedule except for LSU we beat by 16 points or more. We didn't get inthe endzone on LSU and guess what they didn't score a touchdown either on us [pic] 9-6 was the score, you act like LSU curb stomp Alabama in that game. Name another game we didn't look like the best team inthe country?? Our Schedule is weak tho, I kno I kno, teams on our schedule faced 4 to 5 "10 win" teams inthe SEC so loses will come sooner or later, so that !! holds no merit in my book. Okie State's schedule where they put up all these points in shootouts with teams but hasn't faced a defense thats not ranked in the Top 35 teams inthe nation.... OU's defense is ranked 38th for crying out loud... 7 teams on our schedule are ranked ahead of OU in defense... [pic] And I suppose to be impressed with Okie State's schedule !! outta here

With all that said How did a lost to LSU help us?? Oklahoma State was number 2 after we lost the game to LSU?? All they had to do was win out and they were golden. Everybody wanna throw in about the plane crash but was OSU thinking about the plane crash when they were up 17 points to a 6-6 Iowa State team?? They shot their wad its plain and simple.

Ohio State and Michigan just played at the end of the season that year and people had doubts they were the two best teams inthe nation that year as well. So why inthe hell would voters wanna see another rematch that quickly. You act like that game was at the beginning of the season or some !!. Michigan and Ohio State got blew out in their bowl games. So those people who had doubts were right...

Then you wouldnt make it back in the old days before the BCS. Those major bowls used to invite BIG schools regardless of ranking or records. A 10 win Michigan team off a OSU win is ALSWAYS getting an invite to the Orange, Fiesta, or Sugar Bowl if they are Rose Bowl bound. Those bowls can give 2 !!s about BCS rankings. As long as you make the top 14 its up to them. ND only has to be in the top 16 to be considered [pic]

If it wasnt for the BCS, TCU would not have been in the Rose Bowl last year, Hawaii would not been in the Sugar Bowl a few years ago and MAYBE Boise misses 1 of there years as well.

Michigan, OSU, and USC were the 3 best teams hands down that year. Too bad OSU had a 50 day wait and Michigan historically never wins in the Rose Bowl or beat USC (but who does, there isnt 1 team with a winning record against them). Michigan on the other hand gets BUSY against the SEC and OSU fares well in the Rose Bowl. But NO one that year wanted to play USC, they were legit. Still have no clue how they tricked it against UCLA. They ran the power gap and counter trey run plays down their throats repeatedly...I still cant believe it.

they lost to ark in 3 overtimes and kentucky in 2 if im not mistaken...imo you can't use the LSU in 07 because they got in by everyone ahead of them losing

i do feel like okl state should be in the championship cuz bama had their chance and they lost lsu and okl state won their conference championships and imo if you take bama's schedule and match it up against okla state bama had the weaker schedule...i blame whoever voted in the human polls that put bama ahead of okl state

God your a !!ing retard....Hes overrated but hes pretty much responsible for LSU becoming relevant again....Hes overrated but he lead an Alabama team who hadnt won !! since 1992 to a National championship title in 2009 and a chance at one in 2011.

Everywhere he has gone (college), he has made better...Toledo, MSU, LSU, and ALABAMA. Your favorite college would give an arm and a leg to have Nick Saban.

Over the years, Heres some former[..]istant coaches under Saban have gone on to take head coaching position at FBS schools. Most notably from Saban's LSU tenure are Jimbo Fisher, Will Muschamp, Mike Haywood and Derek Dooley. Bobby Williams, current[..]istant coach at Alabama took over at Michigan State after Saban left for LSU. Another[..]istant from his time at Michigan State University, Mark Dantonio, is currently MSU's Head Coach.

Its clear your hating on one of the best coaches in our generation. Are you sure ur not a Miami Dolphins fan?
