they gave him about 2-3 starts and he did pretty well..yanks simply brought him in the bullpen so he can face the pressure now so that he can feel more comfortable next year (08 or 09)..

| and chamberlin has pitched all of 4 innings...Hughes has pitched 4 games and has a 4.64 era and yall want to enshrine them into the HOF. Not much difference between comparing any of them since they are all unproven. | |

| Now, i wouldnt conclude to Lester being a #4 starter just yet. the guy is 23 and he just came back from cancer. (even though hes pitching like last year). so if anything, i still think he has alot of potential to be a #2 at best. but its gonna take 2-3 more years for him to develop. so as of right now, i view him as a work in progress. Now, going back to what you said about bowden/masterson/bucholz, you're right they havent pitched in the Majors just yet, but until they do they have high potential..and thats all we can classify them as..Prospects. | |

Wang, Chamberlain, Hughes and then there's another starter in the minors that's supposed to be real good too and we have a nice future rotation. Then you have Cano, Cabrera, Duncan and Andy Phillips...we're lookin good for the future.
