I'm a Magic fan to the [rip], and even I will say I don't blame Dwight for wanting to leave. He wanted a championship squad, the only thing management wants is one star to be the main attraction for tourists to watch (Orlando is like the tourist capital of Florida). The last time the Magic had a squad worthy of winning a championship was when Shaq and Penny were playing together. Don't blame Dwight, blame management for not giving two !!s about the team beyond revenue. It's always been like this, and it's sad because every year Orlando has had the potential in signing one player, but never really building a team around that star. Name a team that had a star player carry the entire team to the championship with no supporting cast. That's basically us Magic fans hope happen every single !!ing year, and it's getting ridiculous. They seriously need to learn how to build a team.

At the end of the day dwight is a hypocrite, a liar, and a fraud. But the magic front office was clearly a disaster and I gotta put that all on the devos family. This entire situation couldve been avoided had they hired the right people to manage the team. Bob vander weide should not have been ceo. Otis had no business being a gm. He had no experience. And devos felt he could buy a championship by opening up his check book and allowing otis to recklessly spend his money.
