The Grizz offered Rudy gay before anyone else did last year because they thought someone would do that. Wouldnt be surprised if they tried it again with Marc

Didn't the grizz overpay Gay though? Same thing with Conley which was very mind-puzzling to me.

if we didn't "overpay" them someone else would have

Neither of them are even close to their prime yet and both fit in our team perfectly

Conley is 23 and Rudy is 24 and we have them locked up to 2015

You think the Nets would be happy to "overpay" Rudy right about now?

I wasn't trying to say it as a diss or anything just didn't think Rudy Gay was worth as much as your front office thought he was. I may be wrong and Rudy will have a phenomenal season next year, I really don't know.

Conley was a player I always liked but the contract he got puzzled me. They both are good fits with your team ESPECIALLY with Selby playing for y'all.

Now comes the bidding war. The only problem is what happens with the CBA could really affect whether they can get in a bidding war with a team that has the space to sign him. If things work intheir favor they definitely wont be able to re-up OJ when his time comes so they have to move him first chance they get after the lockout or before June 29th if they can
