i get what you're trying to do, but they're really not the same. wade's wife is a documented liar and has made tons of accusations like this throughout their court battles and had all of them thrown out. her lies and ridiculous claims are the very reason she lost the case, because the judge (and her own lawyers) could see she was nuts and unst@ble. she has zero credibility and this very claim of domestic violence was already dismissed in court. nobody really knows anything about the credibility of kobe's victim, and he didn't win that case, he settled. still, nobody KNOWS kobe actually[..]d her, and it seems unlikely, but i don't think these 2 situations are all that similar because of what we know about the women making the claims. there's plenty of public information about siovaughn wade that gives you every reason to believe she'd make something like that up. nothing on katelyn faber. no documented history of lying or making these sort of claims.
