		For a guy that everyone is speculating might leave LA this summer to sign a long term deal with the largest bidder, he sure doesn’t act like it. Dwight Howard apparently just bought a $20M mansion in Los Angeles this week. And he paid for it with a personal check! Damn, that must be nice, right? think these players arent saving? all those deals etc nice props to him. la colors is ugly IMO but cool

90% of the people have a mortgage...its normal and good....but u should try and pay it off as fast as u can so u dont pay interest

its stupid to have a mortgage and pay interest when u have the $$$ to pay for it up front without any type of interest....i dont understand why these wealthy athletes and rappers (there black most of the time [pic] ) opt for payments and then ball out and blow there money on foolish !! then end up without a house cause they cant make the payments on it

10 yr window for a player thats game is built off dunking? Id say 4-5 yrs the goal should be bringing other young players to play with him by around yr 3-4 because he will def decline. I cant see guys like Blake and Howard being that effective after they turn 30

people (not necessarily on here) are surprised he paid with a cheque. he's earned $80 mil in player salary and probably over $100 mil in endorsements plus will get another $200 million with a new endorsement deal with adidas
