He's an after thought in la because the system he plays in doesn't cater to him or his strengths.

But this is what he wanted.

High athleticism, low bball iq, limited offensive game. Judt described deandre Jordan, javale mcgee and d12. Him averaging the numbers he does is quite amazing given his shortcomings. L.A. should either game plan to compensate or get rid of him. Only two options. He is what he'gonna be at this point

I really think Dwight is still hurt and his back is a little more serious than what the Lakers are letting on. Every time I watch the Lakers I notice he's not nearly as explosive in getting off the ground as quickly as he was in ORL.. He's gotten dunked on with the Lakers this year alone more than his past 4 seasons with the Magic combined. Prime example was the other night when Kenneth Faried tried to dunk on him and Dwight went for his face rather than jumping straight up like he "use to do" in ORL, when he was looking like a DPOY player. I remember over the summer they said he wouldn't be back until Jan..Then two weeks later he's back in training camp and playing in Oct.. clearly they brought him back too early, and he's in L.A the media and the scrutiny is x10 in that city compared to ORL.

This guy literally had back surgery, the same one that slowed David Robinson down, yet the Lakers made him play opening night and people are calling him a hoe, and he plays with the most ball dominating guard next to A.I the NBA has ever seen. [pic]

kousta koufus, mcgee and deandre jordan being compared to a 3 time def player of the year who took a bad team to the finals. It's not even January yet [pic]

[pic] @ the bull!! being spewed in this topic despite the stats saying completely otherwise. I guess averaging the best stats at the center position is irrelevant. Dwight is on par with all his other seasons. He's just missing more FT's

Stats don't tell the whole story fam. This is about his impact on the game. A guy who used to dominate the paint and command double teams. He was considered the hardest person in the league to game plan for along with lebron.

Now he's a non factor

Most overrated player of all time. If he played 15 years ago he wouldn't even be a top 5 center.

The dream, Shaq, Mourning, David Robinson, Ewing, and maybe even Mutombo would rank ahead of Dwight. Dwight is just a big fish in a small pond
